20/20 Plumbing & Heating is proud to announce that we have been awarded the plumbing contract for the Court Apartments project in Los Angeles. Located at 1540 W. Court Street in Echo Park, this new multifamily community will bring 189 affordable apartment homes to an area where quality housing is in high demand.

On September 5, 2025, our team joined A & R Corporation, the project’s general contractor, along with local leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony. The event was a meaningful moment, marking the start of construction on a project that will make a lasting impact in the Echo Park neighborhood.

About Court Apartments

Court Apartments will rise seven stories and include a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. The design highlights modern architecture with a welcoming look and feel, while also making the most of the site’s hillside terrain to provide natural light and efficient use of space.

The project will create safe, comfortable homes for low and middle-income residents, with a focus on long-term community benefit.
