PLUMBING WARRANTY
At 20/20 Plumbing and Heating, Inc., we understand the significant stress plumbing issues can cause owners. Our plumbing warranty covers a wide range of parts relating to your installed plumbing system.
HVAC WARRANTY
HVAC warranties cover malfunctions or failures relating to a faulty HVAC system, while labor warranties cover the installation. This warranty is for both residential and commercial air and heating units.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Service department hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you need emergency service after hours, or on weekends, please call (844) 676-2020 to be referred to a 24/7 on call dispatch center.
NON-WARRANTY CUSTOMER SERVICES
We will continue to service your home after the one-year-warranty period for a nominal hourly fee. Our technicians do not work on commission, so you will not get any over-sell or scare tactics. We know the products used in your home, and are most qualified to perform their maintenance. Keep in mind that every product with moving parts requires occasional maintenance. Please refer to your HOMEOWNER WARRANTY package received from your builder at the close of escrow for the required maintenance items.
