About Sol Haus

Located at 5040 Logan Avenue, Sol Haus will deliver 153,876 square feet of thoughtfully designed mixed-income apartments. All 147 units are deed-restricted affordable homes, with 141 units reserved for households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and six units available to households earning up to 60% of AMI.

The development is supported by California’s Property Tax Welfare Exemption program, making it possible to provide sustainable, long-term, affordable housing for San Diego families. With its prime location near Downtown San Diego, Naval Base San Diego, and the South Bay merchant marine industry, Sol Haus is positioned to strengthen the community while offering residents convenient access to jobs, schools, and local services.
