20/20 Plumbing & Heating Awarded New Multi-Family Project in Pasadena

20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is proud to share that our Multi-Family Plumbing and HVAC teams have been awarded a new multi-family project in Pasadena, California, currently referred to as the Halstead project.

Located at 168 North Halstead Street, Pasadena, CA 91107, the development is planned to include approximately 233 residential units across three buildings, each rising six stories. The project is being led by WEST Builders, Inc., with early coordination already underway as teams prepare for construction.

Early Coordination Underway

20/20 is actively participating in early coordination meetings with the project team to support a strong start. Being involved at this stage allows for thoughtful planning, alignment between trades, and a smoother transition into construction as the project moves forward.

This early coordination is further supported by 20/20’s in-house capabilities, including design, engineering, fabrication, and preconstruction support. Having these teams working collaboratively from the beginning allows for more accurate planning, clearer documentation, and better-informed decisions as the project develops. This integrated approach helps reduce downstream conflicts, supports constructability, and allows our teams to contribute meaningful input early in the process.

With both plumbing and HVAC being delivered by 20/20, the Halstead project benefits from a unified internal team approach, supporting consistency, communication, and efficiency throughout the build.
