City of Hope Orange County, a world-renowned cancer research and treatment center, just received a $50 million gift from Lennar Foundation to aid in the organization’s plans to invest $1 billion in a comprehensive cancer care and research campus in Irvine, California. The gift is the largest philanthropic contribution to City of Hope Orange County and the second-largest donation in City of Hope’s 108-year history.Read more

Construction is currently underway on Fairview Heights Apartments, a mixed-use development comprised of 100 apartment homes and 7,394 square feet of commercial/retail space located directly across the street from the future Fairview Heights Metrolink Station at the intersection of Florence Avenue and West Boulevard in Inglewood. The project is one of many designed and built by Linc Housing, a non-profit organization that has been creating affordable housing for seniors, families and special needs populations throughout California since 1984.
