Steve Moscrop

Steven Moscrop, Chief Financial Officer, brings more than 25 years of executive leadership, financial management, and strategic consulting experience to 20/20 Plumbing & Heating. Throughout his career, he has advised companies in the construction, defense, and aerospace industries, helping organizations improve profitability, strengthen operations, and achieve sustainable growth. Steven has extensive experience coaching C-suite leaders, leading buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, serving on boards of directors, and holding executive roles as both CFO and COO. A firm believer in building lasting organizations through strong relationships and servant leadership, his philosophy is to “build to last with a team of people you deeply care about.” Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an MBA in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of La Verne.
