Steve Sefton

Steve Sefton has over four decades of banking experience in Southern California. He is President and founding Board member of Endeavor Bank, a consultative business bank designed to help businesses thrive. Over his career, Steve has opened regional bank offices, raised capital, and oversaw purchases, acquisitions, and mergers of previous community banks. In addition to serving on the 20/20 Plumbing & Heating Board, Steve serves as Vice Chair of The Salvation Army San Diego Metropolitan Advisory Board, and Chair of their Finance Committee.
