Introducing 20/20 Plumbing & Heating’s New CFO Alvin Aeschlimann

We are privileged to announce Alvin Aeschlimann as 20/20 Plumbing & Heating’s Chief Financial Officer.

Alvin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (B.B.A.) from La Sierra University. He began his career at ICEE USA before progressing into the Construction Industry. Alvin joined U.S. Homes as an Accounting Manager and remained on staff during their acquisition by Lennar Corporation. Alvin played a pivotal role in the transition of U.S. Homes to Lennar’s ERP system, JD Edwards. His efforts resulted in his promotion and transfer to Lennar’s Western Region office, where he oversaw financial reporting for all Lennar Divisions. Alvin has also worked as a Financial Controller for well-known homebuilders K. Hovnanian and John Laing Homes. During the challenging economic period of the Great Recession in 2008/2009, John Laing Homes went bankrupt, leading Alvin to his first specialty contractor opportunity with International Line Builders, an electrical contractor.

After spending five years with International Line Builders, he was recruited by former John Laing Homes VP of Finance to Murray Company, an ESOP, to serve as their Corporate Controller. Soon after joining Murray, he was promoted to the position of CFO following the departure of the previous CFO. As CFO, he worked closely with the Senior Management team to drive the company’s growth. One of his proudest achievements was collaborating with the CEO and Senior Management to spearhead and successfully lead the acquisition of a service/maintenance business, which provided a high-margin, enhanced revenue stream to the company. Most recently, he held the position of CFO at General Contractor; Stronghold Engineering before seizing the opportunity to join the incredible 20/20 Plumbing & Heating team as CFO.

Alvin’s best advice is, “Live each day to the fullest! Tomorrow is not promised to us. If you are having fun, play hard and play to win! If you’re at work, give it everything you’ve got, bring your passion to what you do.”
