515 Pioneer – Glendale II is more than just a housing complex; it’s a place where dreams find a foundation. This new development will provide 340 high-quality apartment homes for individuals, families, and seniors with low to moderate incomes. Our hearts are warmed to know that 92 homes are thoughtfully reserved for seniors aged 62 or older, while 245 homes are targeted towards low-income families and individuals. Additionally, three homes are set aside for onsite management, ensuring a caring and responsive community.
