With a strong commitment to supporting HomeAid Orange County, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating homelessness, 20/20 Plumbing & Heating is honored to serve as the designated HVAC contractor for a project that deeply aligns with our principles.

A Glimpse into Paseo Adelanto: A Community Redefined

Scheduled for completion in the fall of 2024, Paseo Adelanto is not merely a residential complex; it’s a testament to innovation, compassion, and a commitment to creating positive change. This visionary project seamlessly integrates 49 units of services-enriched housing with the new City Hall for the City of San Juan Capistrano. At the heart of this development lies a philosophy of inclusivity and empowerment. Paseo Adelanto aims to provide a nurturing home for individuals who have faced homelessness, offering 40 supportive housing units to formerly homeless individuals and veterans earning up to 30% Area Median Income (AMI). An additional nine units cater to households earning up to 50% AMI, ensuring a diverse and vibrant community.
