These homes are divided into 62 one-bedroom units, 3 two-bedroom units, and 1 manager’s unit. The primary focus is to provide affordable housing options, with units available at 30%, 50%, and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). One of the remarkable aspects of this project is the provision of housing for seniors who have experienced homelessness.
