Corona de Oro, a housing community comprising 72 units, underwent a significant transformation in 2001, breathing new life into its structures and ensuring another three decades of safe, comfortable living. The rehabilitation efforts included a complete site reconfiguration, installation of security gates, and the addition of modern amenities that enhance the residents’ quality of life.

Unit Breakdown:

• 50 Two-Bedroom Units
• 22 Three-Bedroom Units
