The Kimball Highland Apartments:

Situated at 1320 Highland Ave. and 1221 D Ave., the Kimball Highland Apartments are not just structures; they are homes designed to meet the pressing need for accessible and affordable housing in our community. Comprising 145 affordable rental units, from studio-sized residences to full three-bedroom family homes, our work here transcends construction. Each building is a testament to our commitment to creating a sense of community, featuring a community room, computer lab, and on-site resident services.

Partnering with key stakeholders such as the city of National City, Community HousingWorks, and San Ysidro Health, the collective vision is to offer inclusive care for elderly residents.

As the HVAC contractor for the Kimball Highland East and West projects, our Multi-Family HVAC team has been recognized for their exceptional work.
