This multi-family project, consisting of 75 affordable units catering to households earning 30-60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), is poised to redefine community living.

City Heights Plaza Del Sol is more than just a housing complex; it’s a thoughtfully designed space that combines modern aesthetics with functionality. The five-story building features multi-room apartments, spacious common areas, and onsite resident services.
