This project, in collaboration with Woodside Homes, is set to bring innovative and energy-efficient living spaces to the city of Henderson, Nevada.

Project Details

The Meridian at Cadence project will feature 3 two-story duplex plans, each with 3 unique elevations, ranging from 1345 to 1598 square feet. Additionally, one of the duplex plans will be built as a stand-alone single-family dwelling. With a total of 78 lots planned for the first phase in Cadence, this development aims to set a new standard for modern residential living in the area.

Sustainability Goals

One of the key objectives of the Meridian at Cadence project is to design homes that meet the Energy Star 3.2 and WaterSense standards. Set to commence in early December 2024, the Meridian at Cadence project is already generating considerable anticipation within the industry.
