As we close the chapter on 2024 and step into 2025, we at 20/20 Plumbing & Heating want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible milestones we achieved this past year and look ahead to what’s in store for the future.

Celebrating Success and Growth

2024 was a year of growth, innovation, and teamwork. From launching new projects to expanding our employee ownership initiatives, we have made great strides in strengthening our company and culture.

A few standout moments of 2024 included being awarded the HVAC contract for the SkyLINE project in collaboration with HA Builders and Affirmed Housing. Additionally, we secured contracts for several other high-profile developments, including the Painted Canyon community in Silverwood, the Normandie Villas project in Los Angeles and several other large-scale residential and commercial developments. These achievements reflect our ongoing devotion to excellence and delivering high-quality work to our partners.

We are also proud to announce that in 2024, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) reached a monumental milestone—we became completely debt-free. This accomplishment highlights our company’s financial stability and our dedication to securing a strong future for our employee-owners.

Focus on Safety and Training

Safety has always been a top priority at 20/20 Plumbing & Heating, and 2024 was no exception. We hosted several Safety Standdowns across our locations, emphasizing workplace safety and strengthening team collaboration, resulting in measurable improvements across our sites. From hands-on training sessions to team-building exercises, our employees continue to lead the way in creating a safe and productive work environment.

Strengthening Community Ties

Giving back to our community remained a core part of our mission. From participating in charity golf tournaments to supporting local organizations, we proudly reinforced our values of unity and service. These initiatives not only brought us closer as a team but also allowed us to make a positive impact beyond our job sites.

Welcoming a New CEO

As we enter 2025, we extend our sincere appreciation to our esteemed President & CEO, Michael Mahony, who announced his retirement in Q4 of 2024 and will officially step down in mid-January. Mike will continue to serve on our Board of Directors, providing valuable guidance and insight. We are excited to welcome Charles ‘Buck’ Cockey as our new President & CEO and look forward to the leadership and vision he brings to 20/20 Plumbing & Heating.
