20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has been selected by builder Greystar as the commercial plumbing contractor for the next premier mixed-use address on one of the world’s most famous streets — Sunset Boulevard. The new development, 7500 Sunset, is an exciting new residential/retail destination designed by KFA Architecture and comprising two, five-story buildings fronting Sunset Boulevard that will replace several outmoded commercial buildings on either side of Sierra Bonita Avenue.

The southernmost portion of the East building will decrease in height from five levels to three levels. Similarly, the West building will increase stepbacks at the fourth and fifth levels and reduce the massing of the building to a primary three-story building with a reduced, five-story backdrop.

A total of 213 living units will include a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom dwellings. A total of 20 will be reserved for low-income households. Residents and visitors alike will enjoy approximately 30,000 square feet of street-level retail space, with numerous dining and shopping choices — all supported by 462 underground parking spaces.

Residents will love the walkable urban lifestyle in this central Los Angeles neighborhood. Sunset Boulevard is a 22-mile-long thoroughfare that roughly follows the path of a 1780s cattle trail from the Pueblo de Los Angeles to the ocean. Today, it connects Hollywood with the tree-lined avenues and posh mansions of Beverly Hills. The Sunset Strip portion of Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood is a unique destination of its own, renowned for its trend-setting nightlife.
