20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is partnering with masterplan developer Brookfield Residential in the construction of its new community — Luna at The Landing in Tustin, California.

The Landing is under development at Tustin Legacy, a 1,600-acre site formerly occupied by the Marine Corps Air Station Tustin. Brookfield Residential is delivering a total of 400 homes in three stylish collections designed to accommodate any lifestyle, including condos, townhomes and single-family homes. 

Luna is a 129-unit townhome community offering three distinct designs starting from the mid-900,000s. Floor plans span a spacious 1,985 to 2,270 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and three and one-half baths. The community’s bold architectural style presents open floor plans with innovative features including first-floor flex suites, interior personalization options and built-in home technology. Designed for modern living, residents can curate their ideal home environment to accommodate everything from remote work and learning to shared living arrangements.

The Deck is a private pool and lounge with luxurious seating, inviting outdoor spaces, barbecues and indoor event space. Sales at The Landing are scheduled to begin in early 2022.
