This milestone is a testament to our devotion to quality, innovation, and community support.

About SkyLINE

SkyLINE is a groundbreaking initiative by Affirmed Housing, in collaboration with HA Builders, aimed at providing affordable housing solutions that address community, civic, transportation, and environmental concerns. Located at 11675 George Cooke Express Drive, this seven-story building will feature 99 one- to three-bedroom apartments, designed to serve low-income families earning between 30 and 60 percent of the area’s median income. The development will also include one apartment for the building’s manager, ensuring on-site support for residents.

A Vision for Affordable Housing

SkyLINE represents a forward-thinking approach to affordable housing, integrating essential amenities and sustainable design principles. Families are expected to start moving in by February 2026, marking the beginning of a new chapter for many in need. Vouchers will be issued to help the lowest-income residents pay their rent, ensuring that even the most vulnerable members of our community have access to safe and quality housing.
