Our recent participation in the Webster Street project in North Las Vegas, NV, highlights this dedication. This project, led by Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada (NHSSN), aims to provide low-income housing for veterans, offering them a place to call home after their honorable service to our nation.

A Collaborative Effort

This initiative would not have been possible without the collective efforts of our partners. We are grateful to Rheem, Moen, and AmeriSink for their generous donations of plumbing fixtures and materials. Their contributions were instrumental in ensuring that the veterans received high-quality, reliable plumbing systems in their new homes.

The Webster Street Project

The Webster Street project stands as a beacon of hope for many veterans in North Las Vegas. Michelle Merced, CEO of Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada, eloquently highlighted the significance of this project during the ceremonies. Michelle’s words resonated deeply with all attendees, emphasizing the profound impact of affordable housing on the lives of veterans.

One of the first tenants, Al, a proud Army veteran, represents the success of this initiative. His transition into his new home marks the beginning of a new chapter, filled with stability and peace, thanks to the Webster Street project.

Our Role and Commitment

As a key partner, 20/20 Plumbing & Heating provided both the labor and expertise necessary to install the plumbing systems. Beazer Homes, the general contractor, ensured the project’s seamless execution, demonstrating the power of collaborative community efforts. We are honored to contribute to projects that turn houses into homes, especially for our local veterans. Our dedication to quality and community is reflected in every facet of our work, from the materials we use to the meticulous installation processes we follow.

NHSSN: Building Better Neighborhoods

NHSSN’s mission to facilitate partnerships with residents, business leaders, and governmental entities aligns perfectly with our values at 20/20 Plumbing & Heating. In this venture, we integrated high-quality plumbing systems into repurposed shipping containers, creating affordable housing solutions for veterans.
