Since joining 20/20 Plumbing & Heating in 2023, Marc has made a remarkable impact. As Vice President of Operations, he successfully led the Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Diego Multi-Family Plumbing and HVAC divisions. Under his leadership, these teams experienced strengthened operational performance, improved collaboration across departments, and enhanced project delivery standards. Marc’s drive for continuous improvement helped lay the foundation for expanded growth in these regions, positioning us for even greater success moving forward.

As he steps into his new role as COO, Marc’s leadership will expand across a broader scope of our operations as we continue our commitment to building excellence together.

Marc brings to 20/20 a wealth of industry knowledge—and even more importantly—a deep-rooted passion for people and project success. He finds fulfillment in connecting with individuals, empowering teams, and driving results. His leadership style is built on strong relationships, high standards, and a relentless focus on doing things the right way, every time.

Experience that Sets the Standard

Before entering the construction industry, Marc served as a Naval Engineering Officer. After his distinguished military service, he successfully transitioned into executive roles within the mechanical contracting industry leading operations at power plants in Arizona and New Jersey, further sharpening his operational and leadership skills.

Marc holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh, giving him a strategic, solutions-driven approach to leadership. His unique combination of hands-on expertise and strategic foresight makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead 20/20’s operations into the future.

Commitment to Building Excellence Together

In addition to his daily leadership, Marc is deeply engaged with the industry through active participation in respected organizations such as the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). His involvement ensures that 20/20 Plumbing & Heating remains at the forefront of best practices, innovation, and industry trends.

Over the past year, Marc has not only driven operational improvements but has also strengthened our leadership pipeline, mentored emerging leaders, and contributed to strategic planning initiatives—all key successes that have made this transition a natural and exciting next step.
