KB Home has opened Townsend, its newest community in Santee, California. As prospective homeowners begin touring the neighborhood, we want to congratulate the KB Home team and recognize our San Diego Single-Family Plumbing crew for the part they played in bringing the project to life.

Townsend sits near the corner of Mission Gorge Road and Aubrey Glen Drive in central San Diego County, minutes from Highways 52 and 125. The community offers modern three-story paired homes with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and open-concept living areas, along with the opportunity for buyers to personalize their finishes through the KB Home Design Studio.

Planned amenities include open space, a turf area, picnic seating, and a children’s playground. Residents will also be close to local schools, Mission Trails Regional Park, and the commuter routes that connect Santee to Kearny Mesa, Sorrento Valley, El Cajon, and downtown San Diego.
