20/20 Plumbing & Heating has been awarded the HVAC contract for Ashglen at The Farm, a new single-family neighborhood by Lennar’s Inland Empire division in Jurupa Valley, California. The award covers 63 lots.

Our HVAC team will install the heating and cooling systems in every home on those lots. For the families who move in, that means the system keeping them comfortable was put in by a local, employee-owned contractor serving builders across Southern California and Southern Nevada.

About Ashglen at The Farm

Ashglen is one of the neighborhoods inside The Farm, a master-planned community in Jurupa Valley. According to Lennar, the neighborhood offers three single-family floor plans:

Residence One, Residence Two and Residence Three, ranging from 2,435 to 2,869 square feet, each with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Residents of The Farm have access to a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, a clubhouse, a park and playground, a community garden, a dog park and BBQ areas. Vernola Marketplace and Eastvale Gateway are less than a mile away for shopping and dining.

Homes at Ashglen are zoned for Del Sol Academy (K-8), Mira Loma Middle School (7-8) and Jurupa Valley High School (9-12).

What the Award Covers

The contract includes HVAC for 63 lots at Ashglen. Our crews will work alongside Lennar’s construction team as homes move through each phase of the build, from rough-in through final installation and startup.

Jurupa Valley sits close to our Riverside home base, so this project is staffed by our local Inland Empire crews. Being nearby helps us stay responsive to the builder’s schedule and keep work moving on site.

Why HVAC Matters in an Inland Empire Home

Summers in the Inland Empire regularly climb past 100 degrees. A new home here depends on a properly sized, correctly installed cooling system to stay comfortable from June through September.

New homes in California are also built to the state’s Title 24 energy standards, which set requirements for how efficiently a home uses energy for heating and cooling. Getting the install right the first time matters for comfort, efficiency and how the system performs for years after move-in.
