Located at 1320 Highland Ave. and 1221 D Ave., Kimball Highland Apartments offer 145 affordable rental units, ranging from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom homes. More than just a place to live, this community was designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and well-equipped environment for its residents.

Each home is complemented by amenities designed for convenience and connection, including:

• Computer lab for residents
• Outdoor recreational areas with BBQs & a playground
• On-site laundry facilities

As the HVAC contractor for the Kimball Highland East and West projects, our Multi-Family HVAC team played a key role in bringing this vision to life.
