More Affordable Housing to Open Soon at Anaheim & Walnut in Long Beach, Calif.

Construction is underway on a new mixed-use, multi-generational property by BRIDGE Housing located in the Central Long Beach Redevelopment Project Area. As a key trade partner, 20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is excited to be playing a role in the ongoing construction of the project. The project, known as Anaheim & Walnut, will provide a total of 88 affordable one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Most units will be for families earning 30-60% of Area Median Income, while a total of 20 apartments will be set aside as permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless seniors. Located in the heart of Long Beach’s Cambodia Town neighborhood, construction is anticipated to be complete by late summer 2023.Read more

20/20 Plumbing & Heating Supports PATH Ventures in Creating a Path Home for Veterans

When PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) Ventures broke ground on Villas at South Gate, a 60-unit affordable apartment community designed to accommodate veterans and men and women with fragile health who are moving out of homelessness, 20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc, was there to help. 20/20 was the mechanical contractor of choice to providing end to end HVAC installation for this community needs-driven project.Read more

PATH Villas Montclair — Building a World Where Every Person Has a Home

On May 17, 20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. joined PATH Ventures in celebrating the grand opening of PATH Villas Montclair, a new supportive housing complex located at 4220 Montclair Street in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. This is the second supportive housing community that 20/20 Plumbing & Heating has helped PATH bring to fruition in the past year, following the completion of PATH Villas at South Gate in November 2021.Read more
