Construction is underway on a new mixed-use, multi-generational property by BRIDGE Housing located in the Central Long Beach Redevelopment Project Area. As a key trade partner, 20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is excited to be playing a role in the ongoing construction of the project. The project, known as Anaheim & Walnut, will provide a total of 88 affordable one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Most units will be for families earning 30-60% of Area Median Income, while a total of 20 apartments will be set aside as permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless seniors.
